A few years back we started playing around with wider bars on our mountain bikes. Trendy? Yes. Beneficial? Absolutely. Turns out the same benefits extend to Drop Bars which is why we designed the Coast to give you more stability, further control, and extra comfort on your gravel or city bike.
When designing the Coast Stem we had two main goals: construct it to compliment the Coast Drop Bar and provide riders with an extra mount option for their gadgets. Along the way we ended up with one of the lightest stems on the market, keeping company with products four times its own price.
